    Hello Julie!

Wish I could attend one of your workshops, but I’m up here in Bowling Green, OH. :) I’m just getting into photography, and post processing. Just got myself CS4 and am going through “CS4 Classroom in a Book.” I like your thought of teaching WHY to push a button, rather than what button to push. Not having an art background myself, that would be helpful to know.

Oh, and my wife, someone from your past says hi. Gayle Weaver has a lot of good to say about you, and loves your work as do I. Drop us a line!

    In Him,
    Craig

Hey Julie! Any chance this will be offered in Wilmington, NC? I’d love to attend, but unfortunately can’t make it during the week. Do you by chance offer this information online? Thanks so much!!

  6. [...] I just wanted to give a quick “shout-out” (that was soooooo 1999) to Julie Mixon and the workshop she is giving next Monday and Tuesday night from 5-9.  It is called “Coalesce”.  Basically she is going to give tips on topics such as toning, saturation, creative color, textures, and borders.  I am a huge fan of Julie’s work, and if you are just getting into, or you’re already an accomplished photographer, I would encourage you to attend. Here’s a link for more information: Coalesce [...]
